AI analysis / newly registered companies

Every new UK company, read for you.

Open any company registered in the last few days and Lead Forge reads the public record — incorporation date, SIC codes, officers, people with significant control, filings — and writes a short lead brief. Facts from the register are marked public data; anything inferred is marked AI interpretation, so the analysis is useful without pretending to know more than the record does.

  • 01

    Executive brief

Three or four sentences on what the company is, when it was formed, who is behind it and what the record suggests it is setting out to do.

  • 02

    Why now

The timing signals that make a newly registered company worth a conversation this month: incorporation date, first filings, appointments and due dates.

  • 03

    Signals and potential needs

Opportunity signals rated high, medium or low, and the services a company at this stage typically needs, each marked as public data or AI interpretation.

  • 04

    Outreach angles and Ask AI

Suggested conversation starters grounded in the record, plus an assistant that answers questions about the company and says when the record does not hold the answer.

FIELDNOTE STUDIO LTD

Public dataPrivate limited company incorporated 7 days ago in Manchester, registered under SIC 62012 (business and domestic software development) with a single director who also holds 75% or more of the shares.

AI interpretationThe founder-led structure and software SIC code suggest an early-stage studio that will shortly need accounting, banking, cloud hosting and a first client pipeline. First accounts are due in 21 months, so the next quarter is the window for foundational suppliers.

  • Founder-led, no other officers yetHIGHOne director and one PSC on the record. Decisions sit with one person, so outreach can be direct and specific.
  • Software development activityMEDIUMSIC 62012 is registered activity, not confirmed trading. Treat the sector as a strong hint, verify on the first call.
  • Registered at a residential-style addressLOWSuggests no office yet. Premises, insurance and co-working conversations are plausible but unconfirmed.

Good to know / 04

The short
version.

Lead Forge is a free tool for finding newly registered UK companies. It reads the public Companies House register, lists new incorporations by date and city, and gives every company a profile with the full public record and a clearly labelled AI analysis for sales, agency and research teams.

Company information comes from the public Companies House register, published under the Open Government Licence. Lead Forge is an independent Krapton product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House.

For each company the analysis writes an executive brief, explains why now may be a good time to get in touch, lists opportunity signals and potential needs, and suggests conversation starters. Facts from the register are marked PUBLIC DATA and anything inferred is marked AI INTERPRETATION, so you always know which is which.

Yes. Search Companies House by company name or number, browse new registrations for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, filter by category, or open a city page such as London or Manchester to see companies incorporated there in the last 30 days.

Yes. The directory, search and company profiles are free to browse, and a free account adds the AI analysis, the people with significant control and 2 Ask AI questions per company. Lead Forge Plus, €10/month, removes the Ask AI limit and reveals the contact details discovered for a company.

The dashboard mock-up and the explorer examples on this page are clearly marked fictional records that show how Lead Forge works. Searching, the directory, the city pages and every company profile use real Companies House records, stored in Lead Forge's database and updated every day.
